1首先打开microsoft outlook应用程序2选择邮件列表中的金年会下载邮件，右键选择打开，如图 3然后在弹出来的 jinnianhui 窗口中，点击选择视图编码UTF8回车确定4然后得到效果如下，现在恢复正常了金年会APP1打开邮件，然后点击菜单栏的“视图”，再选择“编码”，然后选择“UnicodeUTF8”2然后点击关闭。
